South Florida axe throwers compete at world championship

A group of eight South Florida axe throwers got the opportunity to compete as professionals at the World Championships of Axe Throwing in Appleton, Wisconsin. The competitors had to go through a series of qualifications to punch their ticket to the world championships.The Axe Throwing Society in Pompano Beach is a popular venue where in which world and national champions and local axe throwers go to compete, refine their skills and have some fun. The axe-throwing bar was established in 2018 offering leagues, date nights, parties, corporate events and entertaining all levels of skills ranging from beginner to professional.
